Dapoxetine is well tolerate and effective for premature ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is very common among men; well recognized studies claim that up to 30% of male population suffer from the condition at one time or another
According to the results of a phase 2 trial, Dapoxetine is well tolerated by human body and improves premature ejaculation.
This conclusion has been presented at the 11th World Congress of the International Society for Sexual and Impotence Research in Buenos Aires, Argentina,
based on results of double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled of trial phase 2.
There were certain some side effects but only with the higher dose of 100-mg dapoxetine. From the group of men using 60-mg drug no report has been received.
The most commonly reported adverse event was NAUSEA. Based on reports, it occurred with greater frequency among dapoxetine 100 mg users (16.1%) compared with the dapoxetine 60 mg users (5.6%) and placebo users (0.7%).
Regarding effectiveness for premature ejaculation, trial results showed that dapoxetine 60 mg and 100 mg significantly increased intravaginal ejaculation time to about three minutes from one minute.
