Increased duration of foreplay a possible solution for premature ejaculation
Before to read this, I must tell you that you must be 18 years or older.
1. When you've had standard intercourse, let say 30 minutes before you do again, you've desensitized yourself to the massive excitement you typically feel the first time in the day. A higher frequency of occurrence on this basis alone is recommend .
2. When you've had standard intercourse previously the same day, the lady's vagina is lubricated with her accumulated secretions and your own contributed secretions. If you've ever tried masturbating using your own semen for a lube, but semen is very slick. Consequently, the second time you have intercourse she is better lubed and loosened up and the feelings are consequently less intense. For this reason alone, I can understand why some men prefer "sloppy seconds" .
3. Have you tried having your wife on top, riding your cock? I've found that laying on my back permits me to hold as long as I like, or at least as long as
she's interested in riding. The bonus for her is she gets to put your cock pretty much exactly where it feels best to her. If you can't try this, and you're stuck
with the missionary position, try spreading your legs as wide apart as you can, which for me seems to reduce to amount of prostate pressure, which leads me to last longer. It's still a poor second to woman-on-top.
This would lead me to believe you both could profit from increased duration of foreplay, especially in the area of cunnilingus. Unless she's a freshly popped
virgin or you're hung like a rhinoceros, she shouldn't be experiencing discomfort if she's adequately aroused.
