How to improve the ability to control premature ejaculation by exercising
According to researchers findings, in many situations,
premature ejaculation is linked with inability to control the
flow of ejaculate caused by weakness of pubococcygeus (PC) muscle. To find the location of this muscle, just stop the
stream when urinating. The activity of this muscle that closes off the urine stream is the one that must be improved.
Then you must do some exercises to 'educate' this muscle.

The idea behind these exercises is that with a stronger PC muscle, you will be able to stop the flow of ejaculate
at will, and in fact be able to achieve orgasm without ejaculating or the subsequent loss of erection.
Start doing the 5-5 exercise, that means to hold the PC muscle contracted for five seconds, then release it for
five seconds. For the first week do 10 repetitions, three time per day. Go slowly, by adding 2-3 additional reps,
work up to 50, three times a day. Increase gradually the exercise and if there is any strain or weakness, rest up
for a few days. By keeping the control the seminal flow during intercourse you will be able to
control the premature ejaculation.
To evaluate the result of exercising, when urinating, urinate a tablespoon at a time, then stop the flow for a
second or two. Release another tablespoon, and then repeat the cycle. When you can hold and release the flow without
any problem you will know that a good control has been achieved and you're able to
lasting longer in bed.
